Fondant Icing How Long Can You (or Should You) Refrigerate Fondant Icing Before Using It?

How long can you (or should you) refrigerate fondant icing before using it? - fondant icing

I make different kinds of cakes for the celebration of a friend, and I want to make fondant glaze, and the store a week before the festival. It is used a recipe that flux core as a marshmallow, and I do not know if it will last in the fridge.

I was thinking, decision making and dyeing, then had the ball in the freezer a week before the game.

Can anyone tell me if this help or hurt the fondant?

Thank you!

Yes, you can use fondant in the refrigerator for weeks or months has (very close in a plastic container and keep a plastic bag until the container) everything you need to do is in the time of use ', in the microwave for a few minutes, enough for the fondant is reassuring at this time put some shortening in your hands and knead, it will be as good as in the preparation. And remember that if the product is a dry basis, it is the same as the microwave, then the shortening and knead and is well again. Guaranteed!
