What Year Was My Gun Made? - marlin gun serial numbers
I find the marlin here in tryin to, in which year it was made. Mod.336 is a Marlin, .35 Remington. Ive alllll this surched weapon in the search for a serial number and they do not find everywhere. The essential prerequisite of what all non Lookin said.

Receiver must be somewhere (and possibly also in the barrel and) other parts and is not so hard to find
One possibility is that it has been refurbished and polished for someone who really deleted - I think it is illegal
