Skin diseases can be very difficult to diagnose. Personally, I have eczema and I know sometimes hard to tell if my skin is irritated by eczema or something else. I think the best best is to a dermatologist who can help identify your skin irritation seen.
Chill out! If you are so worried, go see a doctor. It's probably eczema. There is for them. If you have ringworm, tell me they eat bad food, food, soil, food includes white particles, food from someone else, or just eaten something unpleasant way?
This is not something a person does not respond reliably. (The visit in your interest to a dermatologist (or perhaps a practice RN))
Oh friend, can have ringworm and the need to see a doctor soon!
