If you have problems, go to a place like Jo-Ann fabrics, and some employees ask if you need some tissues or recommend to show you. The ladies who can work in such places to be in a position to get the name of someone in a game, and they know that it works very well.
Get the word you are looking to say to the church to publish a newsletter at work, an ad in the newspaper, you are looking for a seamstress or tailor.

Buy on-line model, you can buy the necessary materials, and check the Yellow Pages for a seamstress in your area to receive special offers or if someone in your family sews, please, yes, o)

I must admit that you are to get it done for you can ... A local craft / fabric store would be a good start. I know the local shops surrounding tissue (including Wal-Mart) will take you only need the stuff to make sure that the style of the dress right ... different tissues work differently on the property.
